I'm excited to let you know that I'm retiring the 1st paid pattern I ever wrote! It will now be a freebie on the blog and I hope you enjoy it! It's been updated and retested. Wow have I learned a lot as a designer over these past 4 years! I hope you will enjoy this simple headwrap pattern.
I was thinking it was a silly time of year for a head wrap being spring and all but even though it was almost 90 degrees this weekend in OKC, it's in the 30's this morning with a chance of snow! I wore my head wrap to the bus stop this morning! You can also make it in cotton for a fun spring accessory!

ReplyDeletePlease help me. I'm new to crocheting, but I'm making this. When you say to (dc dec) double crochet decrease, what exactly am I supposed to do? I just skipped two, but it doesn't look right.
ReplyDeleteHere is how to work the DC DEC - http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/how-to-decrease-double-crochet.html
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on you first written pattern - well done! I like it and this will be my next project to crochet.
